Within 14 days of Purchase
Gold Jewellery
. Could be exchanged by either Gold, Diamond or Gift Voucher item the
same purchase value.
. Cash refund repercussion in case of manufacturing defects.
Diamond Jewellery
. Could be exchanged with a diamond jewellery Or Gift Voucher item the
same purchase value.
. Cash refund repercussion in case of manufacturing defects.
After 14 Days and within 1 Year of Purchase
Gold Jewellery
Could be exchanged by either for Gold, Diamond or Gift Voucher item after deduction making charges, Stone weight and 1 EGY per gram from the prevailed Gold rate at same day.
Diamond Jewellery
. Could be reshaped upgraded with another diamond jewellery after Deducting 10%
from purchase value, in case of selling the item 25 % is deducted from the original
Purchase Value.
. The new item value should exceed the original item purchase value by 30%.
After 1 Year and within 3 Years Of Purchase
Gold Jewellery
. Could be exchanged by either for Gold, Diamond or Gift Voucher item
after deduction making charges , Stone weight and 2 EGY per gram from
the prevailed Gold rate at same day.
Diamond Jewellery
. Could be reshaped upgraded with another diamond jewellery after deducting 15%
from purchase value, in case of selling the item 30 % is deducted from the original
purchase Value.
. The new item value should exceed the original item purchase value by
35%.
After 3 Years Of Purchase
Gold Jewellery
. Could be exchanged by either for Gold, Diamond or Gift Voucher item
after deduction making charges , Stone weight and 3 EGY per gram from
the prevailed Gold rate at same day.
Diamond Jewellery
Could be upgraded to new Diamond Jewellery, and is, evaluated for upgraded according to market value of the material contained.
.The new item value should exceed the original item purchase value by
40%.
Important Conditions
. The exchange or return through the branches only, not through the site
Or the shipping company.
. Jewellery for exchange within 14 days should be in its Original purchase
conditions.
. Jewellery could be exchanged only once within the 14 days period. The
original purchase invoice is essential for the exchange or upgrade process
,Gold jewellery could with either gold or Diamond jewellery .
. Diamond jewellery could be upgraded to Diamond Jewellery only.
. Diamond Exchange and Upgrade Policy doesn’t apply to Loose Anchor,
Certified Stones, Watches, Pearl, or Jewellery made to order.
. Valuation process for Jewellery upgrade takes 3 working days.
Jewellery could be exchanged only at same country of purchase ؛؛
