THE JAWHARA PROMISE (On Exchange and Upgrade)

Applicable for Jawhara product original invoice or a proof of Purchase

Within 14 days of Purchase

Gold Jewellery

 . Could be exchanged by either Gold, Diamond or Gift Voucher item the same purchase value.

. Cash refund repercussion in case of manufacturing defects.

Diamond Jewellery

. Could be exchanged with a diamond jewellery Or Gift Voucher item the same purchase value.

. Cash refund repercussion in case of manufacturing defects.

After 14 Days and within 1 Year of Purchase

Gold Jewellery

 Could be exchanged by either for Gold, Diamond or Gift Voucher item after deduction making charges, Stone weight and 1 % per gram from the prevailed Gold rate at same day.

Diamond Jewellery

. Could be reshaped upgraded with another diamond jewellery after Deducting 10%  from purchase value, in case of selling the item 20 % is deducted from the original Purchase Value.

. The new item value should exceed the original item purchase value by 30%.

After 1 Year Of Purchase

Gold Jewellery

. Could be exchanged by either for Gold, Diamond or Gift Voucher item after deduction making charges , Stone weight and 1 % per gram from the prevailed Gold rate at same day.

Diamond Jewellery

. They can be upgraded by exchanging item for another diamond or sold , as they are evaluated for upgradeability based on the raw materials they contain, according to market prices.

. The new item value should exceed the original item purchase value by 30%.

Important Conditions

. The exchange or return through the branches only, not through the site Or the shipping company.

. Jewellery for exchange within 14 days should be in its Original purchase conditions.

. Jewellery could be exchanged only once within the 14 days period.

. The original purchase invoice is essential for the exchange or upgrade process .

. Gold jewellery could with either gold or Diamond jewellery .

. Diamond jewellery could be upgraded to Diamond Jewellery only.

. Diamond Exchange and Upgrade Policy doesn’t apply to Loose Anchor, Certified Stones, Watches, Pearl, or Jewellery made to order.

. Valuation process for Jewellery upgrade takes 37- working days.

. Original purchase jawhara invoice is essential for grantee.

تطبق على منتجات جوهره بوجود الفاتوره الاصليه او دليل على الشراء

خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الشراء

المجوهرات الذهبية

. يمكن استبدالها باخري ذهبية أو ماسيه او قسيمة شراء بنفس القيمه المذكوره فى فاتورة الشراء

. يمكن استرداد القيمه في حالة عيوب التصنيع.

المجوهرات الماسيه

. يمكن استبدالها بأخري ماسية أو قسيمة شراء مجوهرات ماسيه بنفس القيمه المذكوره فى فاتورة الشراء فقط

. يمكن استرداد القيمة في حالة عيوب التصنيع.

بعد 14 يوم من تاريخ الشراء وحتى سنه

المجوهرات الذهبية

يمكن استبدالها باخرى ذهبيه او ماسيه او قسيمة شراء بعد خصم قيمة تصنيع المجوهرات ووزن الاحجار وخصم 1% من سعر الذهب اليومى.

المجوهرات الماسيه

. يمكن إعادة تصنيعها أو ترقيتها باستبدالها بأخرى ماسيه بعد خصم 10% من القيمه المذكوره فى فاتورة الشراء.

. فى حالة البيع يتم خصم 20% من قيمة فاتورة الشراء.

. يجب ان تزيد قيمة القطعه الجديده عن القيمه المذكوره فى فاتورة الشراء بـ %30.

بعد سنة من تاريخ الشراء

المجوهرات الذهبيه

يمكن استبدالها باخرى ذهبيه او ماسيه او قسيمة شراء بعد خصم قيمة تصنيع المجوهرات ووزن الاحجار وخصم %1 من سعر الذهب اليومى .

المجوهرات الماسيه

. يمكن ترقيتها باستبدالها بأخرى ماسيه حيث يتم تقييمها لترقيتها حسب ما تحتويه من مواد خام تبعاً لاسعار السوق.

شروط هامه

. يتم التبديل او الاسترجاع من خلال الافرع فقط وليس من خلال الموقع او شركة الشحن.

. لاستبدال المجوهرات خلال 14 يوم يجب ان تكون فى حالتها الاصليه وقت الشراء.

. يمكن استبدال المجوهرات لمره واحده فقط خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الشراء.

. لابد من احضار فاتورة الشراء الاصليه لعملية الاستبدال والتجديد.

. المجوهرات الذهبيه يمكن استبدالها باخرى ذهبيه او ماسيه .

. المجوهرات الماسيه يمكن ترقيتها باستبدالها بمجوهرات ماسيه فقط .

. وجود الفاتورة الاصليه شرط اساسى للاستفاده من تعهد جوهرة .

. نطام جوهره للاستبدال او البيع لا ينطبق على الاحجار الكريمه المفرده او المرفقه بشهاده و الساعات واللؤلؤ والمجوهرات التى تم صياغتها بناءً على طلب العميل .

. تستغرق عملية التقييم والمعاينه للمجوهرات من 3-7 ايام عمل على الاكثر .
