We want you to love your Jawhara piece. You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with any certificates/hallmark documentation.
• Custom, engraved, and personalised pieces (e.g. Letters) are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Lifetime buyback

Jawhara offers a lifetime buyback on eligible gold pieces — contact us with your certificate for a current valuation.

How to start a return

Call or WhatsApp 0100084384 or 01555792836 with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit for cash-on-delivery orders) once the item is received and inspected.
